Based on some of these reviews and my experience, seems like o2 slowly going downhill

What do you mean 'slowly'? The hill is 10% and there are no brakes

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

It could be @Pj4 that all four UK MNOs are going downhill ?

 

Certainly, the Which? magazine annual survey of its members put O2 at a very similar level to EE and Vodaphone, with Three some way behind :-
