I have only been with O2 for about 3 or 4 months and so far I'm not very impressed. Calls to my number go straight to voicemail. I have had 3 live chat sessions to try and fix this and all of the operatives have said "It's fixed now, you shouldn't have that problem." The last one said he would guarantee it. I have tried the ##002# and **61*901*11*30# and finally 1760 to turn OFF voicemail. Now anybody calls me (and I am trying to run a business), they get the engaged tone. It's not every call but it's most of them.
Is this something deliberate from O2 or just attrocious service? If they want any future business or recomendations this is not the way to go about it.
Hacked off.

@Anonymous This is a customer to customer forum. If you need to speak to customer service, all the numbers can be found here, including business accounts. I suggest you call and speak to someone, rather than rely on Live Chat: http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
If you don't get any satisfaction, and you're still unhappy, you can lodge a formal complaint here:

You have either reception problems where you are located or a faulty phone. Have you checked your postcode here : http://status.o2.co.uk
Have you tried your sim card in another phone? Anyone else on o2 in your area having problems?

Hi there @Anonymous. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your iPhone and LiveChat :(. Do you know if there is an O2 store nearby you? If so I'd really recommend booking a free appointment to see one of the Gurus.
Call issues can be caused by many factors, not limited to: handset settings or faults, network issues or account problems. Narrowing down exactly what is causing these issues can be quite difficult; trying to convey the problem over LiveChat or even the phone can get pretty confusing for all involved I'm sure. A Guru should be able to sort things out for you a lot quicker - it also means dealing with a tech expert face to face.
You can book an appointment with your local Guru on this link: http://guru.force.com/O2DeskStoreLocator
Hope this helps

You have hijacked my thread Keithwill838. You would be better reposting with a relevant title. Just sayin'
