Switch up not allowed

According to the store even tho I got my original switch up back in July 23 before new rules came. They won't switch me up as my account says 90 days. I've always been able to switch up normally.

Try a different store, as some stores misinterept the rules, but they are quite clear if you started switch up before August 2023 then you stay on the old rules, it only changes if you move off a Plus Plan..

Ive been to 2 stores.. they say my account says 90days and not anytime even tho I got the original contract back in July . Is there a way to find my original contract in the app?

You will need to speak to Customer Services as they an see it, you can try asking them to confirm the details..
