I have been forced to take up a complaint on 02 Team in over 20 years
What has happened to the Stars in Customer Service and Sales
I can hardly understand them They have no Sales Skills or much needed banter
I never feel confident in calling 02 and when I do nothing gets listened to and nothing gets resolved
I have contacted through Resolver now thankfully 02 confirmed receipt so now I wait but
1. The Contract your Team failed to send the email
2. Upfront paid for and a new charger paid for but stuck in my 02 basket.
3.I explained until I cried my phone battery blew leaked and made my phone malfunction yet the Team still insisted on trying to send a code for security
4. I was on the phone with the Team over 2 days now resulting in Sky landline charge of £20
Well done 02
5.Because of the stupid stressful mistakes I have been without a phone
6. I have tried buying a cheap one just to put Sim Card back into to gain my Contacts
7. A delay on this arrival too
So thanks to your inadequate trained Team I have no communication so do not charge me full rate air time
This is all your fault and caused me a financial headache and stress and upset

This is a customer to customer community and no one from o2 will read your commnets..
How the hell did you get call charges from Sky as calls to 0344 are part of any bundle, and if you have called the free phone o2 sales team it would have been free.. so contact Sky for a refund...
It sounds like you failed verification hence the wanted to confirm who you where..
Your email provider may have blocked the email did you check with them or in your spam or junk..
To be honest just seems like an unfortunate set of events, and yes o2 will be charging you full airtime, as per the T&C's you signed up to and its not o2's fault your phone died..

I know of a few
All to do with profit these days and good staff costs money.
