O2 Warehouse problems in UK

Two weeks ago I upgraded to an iPhone 16 pro - but still haven’t received it because of UK warehouse problems…

I received a tracking link but it always says awaiting carrier.

I’ve spent hours waiting and then speaking to customer care - who were no help.

I’ve spoken to the manager of my O2 shop who said they haven’t had any deliveries either…

I keep seeing advertisements on the TV saying how caring and quick O2 are…

and I’ve just had an email saying that they hope my time since the upgrade is going well and if there’s anything they can do to help - get in touch with Customer Care!!!

If O2 know there is a problem with my order then why haven’t they contacted me telling me about it and saying sorry…

I know I’m not the only “valued customer” with the same problem because whilst in the shop 5 other “valued customers” came in saying the same!

it feels like a scam!

Can't help it when the HSE make you evacuate the warehouse, and you have to rent another in an attempt to catch up

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

My order is also delayed, I have been told that there was an ammonia leak in the shared warehouse. After pushing the issue as they were not forthcoming with information. I have been told that they hope to have the backlog sorted by 20th December.....they didn’t say what year.

I think that is fair to say @Mustard that other parts of the VMO2 empire - Virgin Media and giffgaff - have been more forthcoming with information than O2. 👍

The same is happening to me! It’s a disgrace! All you get is “we are sorry for any inconvenience caused” all other networks provide FAR SUPERIOR SERVICE!

I can think of a MNVO who is worse and are completely ignoring me. Don't answer via phone, email and social media

In my view and in the opinion of customer surveys, one of the four MNOs is significantly worse than the others for customer service - and it ain't O2 ! 👍
