Hi everyone,
i placed an order for an iPhone on the 7th December and I’m still waiting but I’ve had no email update due to not being able to access my o2 app due to a lost device. Any help is greatly appreciated thanks

Orders from O2/VM were delayed due to a chemical leak at the warehouse.
