Well this isn't customer services so o2 wont see your message, but did you sign up to a Volt Package with Virgin Media, if so then o2 will be billing you for it as part of your package..

Just be a bit careful @P----edoff in your dealings with O2. They are very fond of selling perceived debts, no matter how small, to debt collection agencies and trashing customers' credit scores in the process. And frequently the first that the customer knows about it is when a letter from a DCA drops through the letterbox. 👍
