I did a Switch Up with O2, but I’m still being charged for my old device. I called several times, and they admitted it was their mistake, but nothing has been fixed. I raised a complaint, and it’s been 10 days with no call back.

Has this happened to anyone else? Did you get a refund? Any advice? Thanks!

Yes, come up here on a number of occasions.

Assume you did it online.

Has the old device been accepted?

With regards to complaints eight weeks seems the average at the moment.

I think it happened to one of our regulars. Hope they can help.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@jonsie

You called 😋

I had to log a complaint, and then take it higher, as o2 CS where to be frank incompetent...  It takes a while to sort, but yes any overpayments will be refunded to your account and from there you can request it sent to your bank..

I will state this as I always do

DO YOUR SWITCH UPS IN STORE

I did one in store on Sunday and was all sorted, and device plan cleared down in store , and was confirmed on the receipt and by email

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
