if it was a nearly new deal then all you will get is a phone and a usb charging lead...

O2 do not supply chargers with many of their phones anymore.
This will be clearly stated on the ordering page.

O2 haven't supplied chargers for a couple of years under their green policy. I don't agree with it myself, I think it's dangerous to use a charger you MAY have hanging around at home.
