I've been on hold for 40 minutes now.
Anyone else experiencing such long wait times?
Update - 50 minutes now
Anyone know how long you queue for Vodafone customer services on average?
Update - 56 minutes. At 60 minutes the phone is going out the window.
Boom, 1 hour on hold. Game over.
Update - having another go today - Tuesday. On hold for 45 minutes so far! I managed to get a Live Chat around 5pm but they disappeared after one message.

I expect the wait times will be longer than normal ...due to the pre-ordering of the new iPhone...
Annoying but you will have to keep trying...

Why isn't O2 offering any other ways to pre-order than holding on the phone?

Thanks, I tried to sign-in to my account to upgrade online whilst I was on hold for 1hour.
On my account it says I have no existing number or account to upgrade.
The Live Chat wasn't working either.

I have a business account - but somehow I had to sign up to a separate account to join the community.
When I log into my business account, there's no option to upgrade online or request a call back that I can see

Yes I did call 8002 - that was the number I held for an hour on..
