Hi, I was sent my bill for this month on th 8th and noticed it was far too high. I rang O2 spoke to a nice girl for almost an hour and she sorted it all out for me and assured me of the amount I would need to pay. Fast forward to today and the orginial incorrect amount has been taken out of my bank account.
I am so upset after spending so long sorting it out already with O2 and now have to do it again. Even if they refund it it wont be straight away and I have two young children to keep entertained over the summer holidays and money is tight.
I really think I will leave O2 after I sort this out, I just feel so let down by the pooe service I have recieved - its not the first time.

You've got to be joking, you are using capital letters, punctuation, paragraphs and clearly explained your problem, that's much more than many posters can manage!
We all make typing errors!
