My phone stutters on audio - radio or music or podcasts, whenever I'm on 4G

Hi. My Samsung s22 has poor reception when  listening to radio or any music or podcasts. I try having the phone out of my pocket, or taking the cover off, even sometimes in a WIFI area like a cafe. The o2 shop say it's the poor reception - MK43 MK44 area around Bedford -- yet my wife has good reception on her older model even at her allotment which is a few miles out into the country surrounded by farmland and not a dwelling iin sight.

The o2 shop also said they doubt it's the actual phone as it's a good model. 

Any ideas?

Do you have the same problem @GF10 if you listen using headphones ?

And do you have the same problem if you download the music or podcasts as opposed to streaming them ?

You say it also happens on WiFi as well as using Mobile Data , then that indicates either an App problem or the handset. 

What Apps are you using for radio, music and podcasts?
