So..... its been 117 days since my contract start. 

It beyond a joke. Weekly chats to the useless advisors only to hear 'rest assured', 'trust us' and 'please wait 5 more days'

 

O2 can go f*ch themselves after this

This is what I sent to the O2 Advisors and only got the standard reply.

 

"It's been over 30 days (117 to be exact) since the start of my contract with still no text with the unique code offering the Galaxy buds 2 for £1.


I understand that it was popular and stocks are limited but there are still offers available on the O2 website with this enticement.
This is unacceptable !
Why still offer this knowing full well O2 cannot fulfil it?

As its been well over the 30 day wait period I give you 3 choices.
1. Send me the code for the buds for £1 now.
2. Reimburse me the cost of buds minus £1.
3. Cancellation of my contract with full refund."

 

Hopefully @Dave-O2 can help

Hi Dave, Im in the same situation, took my S23 256gb out in September 2023 and still haven't received my code. Been on the phone 5 or so times to no avail, was wondering if it was possible to get this resolved as well.
