I recently upgraded to a Samsung s25 ultra and was promised ear buds as part of the deal I even double checked whilst on the phone to the agent that assured me I would get them, fast forward a couple of weeks I rang 02 to chase them up i was told I would reserve the code last week so I rang again 2day to be told there was a system error and they wouldn't be honouring the deal, has anyone had this?

Just ridiculous that customer service can't deal with this issue
EVERY promotion O2 does has problems
Was tthis an O2 offer or a Samsung promotion?
I've never had an issue with Samsung promotions
