I have been ringing o2 to upgrade for around 6 weeks now. Different times of day but still the same thing. I'm told by the automated voice that I'm not eligible for an upgrade but can do a fast track upgrade, and if i stay on the line i will be transferred to someone who can help me. I then listen to hideous music for around 10 minutes then the line goes dead.
I've tried to upgrade on line, but it says I can't upgrade until - and it displays that days date.
I've tried the webchat who told me to ring 202 or upgrade on line.
I've tried instore today, in desperation, and found the upgrade prices are dearer - i was advised its because online matches car phone warehouse prices....
I've been with 02 for around 13 years now, I've never had any problems, I've always had good service, but if someone doesn't answer the phone on the fast track upgrades line soon, I'm going elsewhere.
Anyone else having problems getting someone to answer the phone?
