I just want to give a big thanks to Patient njoku a o2 representative. She has really made my day and made the opening of my phone contract process fast, fun and very informal. Before speaking to Patient Njoku I spoke to another o2 representative which he was very rude to me which put me off from opening the phone contract with o2. Then later that day I spoke to Patient Njoku who was she was very nice from the start went the extra mile answered all my questions that I didn’t understand. The contract was successful and I’m with o2 now. That has been the best customer service I’ve received in a very long time. Well done patients definitely recommended anyone to speak to patient excellent work.
