Doro 6620

Hi,

In February I purchased a DORO 6620 from the O2 online shop.  It arrived and set it up but there was NO message option.  I have looked under Menu and Settings but cannot find it.

Unfortunately my mother was taken ill and as her carrer and my fathers carrer as well the phone had to be put aside until now.

I have found no way of contacting O2 directly so can someone please help as the current old mobile is starting to fail and I need this one to be up and running asap so I can be in contact 24/7 especially for my parents.

Thanks Bambino.  Tried that as well but no section called 'Messages' anywhere on the actual phone.

@DoroNoMessageOp Look for a little button with an envelope icon on it. Number 12 in the picture on page 2.

Alternatively.

If you go into SETTINGS > GENERAL > BLOCK.

Make sure there is no check mark against the MESSAGES option.
