I have a Talktalk mobile phone and talktalk mobile want to give up and transfer me to O2. I was not averse as Talktalk customer service is pants. However after three months of trying I am now coming to the conclusion that O2 customer service is even dirtier pants. This morning I got several emails eah contradicting another and when I tried to get through to discuss with a human being the only 'phone number that I could track down and that with extreme difficulty) had a chargeable line, Charging for someone to contact customer service is the absolute pits.

They seem to have delegated customer service into this sort of 'Do-it-yourself' form

I think I will stick with Talktalk. I did once (in more than 10 years) get to talk to someone who spoke english and was helpful.

If you have Skype, or another VOIP client you can call O2 Customer Service for free on 0800 032 1402.

Live chat is supposed to be the way forward but that can be very useful as long as you get through to someone who understands written English.

202 from your O2 phone is completely free to call.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I wasn't entirely sure but the alternative 0344 809 0202 is included in call allowances from other networks too, so would also be free.
