Not an idea but can't find how to post in community. Always been happy with O2 but had a charge I didn't recognise no help when I rang a few days ago asked for a manager & was told none available but one would call within 24 hours. Still waiting! Customer service is not as good as it was!

If you want to post in the Community you look for the section relevant (for instance Discussions and Feedback) You will see this
You click on New Message and this will open
You put the title in the subject box. Write your message and then press post. That will do the trick

Re the issue of O2 calling you back. This rarely happens. You will need to contact them again in the morning
