Hi,
I started my new contract on 10th January and have still not received an SMS with the voucher code to claim this offer (it is over 30 days now)
Are you able to advise when I might receive this please?

Thank you, I wasn't sure if there were O2 employees on this platform. Have gone through chat bots/call centre a couple of times but not really getting a proper answer/resolution. I will keep prodding customer services but if anyone is reading this and has had a resolution I would be interested to hear how long after contract they received the voucher.

Yes, was definitely the 10th January. Went into a physical store and confirmed with the sales person that I would be eligible for the offer - was one of the main reasons I upgraded my handset and contract

The terms usually state that codes will be received after 30 days of order, so that can be anything from 30 days to whenever.
Generally we see them received nearer to 40/45 days from experience on here.

Thanks, I'm in contact with them on X now which seems much better than the chat bot/call centre you get routed through via the app.

I can see this going the way of all O2 promotions
ie nothing but stress and pain
