Hi, i need help or advice on what i can do. Im on 02 switch up but there is a HUGE over sight stopping me getting the phone i need. The phone is not available in the highest spec i need in any store across the uk. Only online and 02 switch has to be done in store. This is the same for all phone of the highest specs they are only available online. I cannot get them to order me a phone to the store nor allowed to order one online. This makes 02 switch up completely useless to me as i need the phone with the highest memory capacity usually 512gb. What can i do?

The only thing you can do is speak to sales.

I'm not sure they can change O2's business model for Switch Up though.

What phone are you after? As most stores can try and order it in, unless there is a stock shortage of that particular model.. (or used to be able to as had that in the past with some phones..
