Is the format for downloaded billing data and activity available anywhere? Just looking for the list of fields that O2 support to compare to other carriers.

Best thing to do is speak to Business customer services, as If I recall we can download our enterprise bills in CSV format, it is only consumers who can only download PDF files..

Thanks. Is there a list available anywhere of what fields are in the csv file? My company is not yet an O2 business customer but looking to switch providers. A key factor is whether adequate data is available to be ingested into our cost analysis application.

I don’t know if there is a list, but I know our gets ingested into a 3rd party tool..

 

I would see if you can speak to the vmo2 sales team, as depending on size of business will determine the service you get
