WiFi calling

I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max, I just transferred from Vodafone to O2, when I was with Vodafone I had wifi calling now since I’ve come to O2 the option isn’t even there anymore

Are you on PAYG or Pay Monthly? As if PAYG then there is no WiFi Calling on o2.. 

If on pay monthly then you may need to call o2 and get them to enable it on your account, if it isnt already enabled.

Anyone whose account has been moved from Legacy to 360 system at the back-end, has WiFi/4G Calling enabled by default. Your MyO2 will look like this on the new 360 system, @LH23 -
