Swapped to 4G SIM & now mobile data doesn't work

Hi
I've recently changed plan & gone onto a pay monthly 4G plan.
I activated the SIM & swapped it over, & the phone is working, but when I try to use mobile data, I get the following message.....

"Could not activate mobile data network
You are not subscribed to a mobile data service"

Is there anything I can change in the settings or is it just a case of ringing customer services & have them straighten it out?

Sounds like apn is wrong.
If it's on iData, change it to "mobile.o2.co.uk" or vice versa.

It's an iPhone 5 & yep, worked fine with my old 3G SIM.

Have just gone on to myO2 & checked the device details.
That gave me an option to send the settings via txt, so have tried that & it appears to have set GPRS data access.......so working but very slow.

Will try & change the settings to mobile.O2.....& see if that helps.

Which actually means you're not on the correct data tariff for an iPhone, so if not having visual voicemail bothers you, you need to call CS and get your data tariff switched.
If you're not bothered, just leave it as is.

The OP has said it's an iPhone 5, so he won't be getting 4G anyway.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
