Still awaiting arrival of 5s 32gb in Gold

I ordered my iPhone 5s 32gb in Gold on 21st September around 3pm.

Not heard anything from them.

I did speak to an advisor on Monday who told me 3-5 Working days and I'll haver received my handset but no luck.

My question is

Has anyone received theirs who ordered on this date or AFTER

iPhone 5s are in limited availability still.

My local Apple Store has the same issue.

Seems the gold variant is one of the popular choices.
