My screen is cracked and I’m not sure if my phone is insured and if I’m not how will it be to get it repaired

@Leslie Many home insurance contents policies cover mobiles, so it's possible that you may be covered for loss or damage under that, if you have one. Worth checking.

If you have O2 insurance it will show as a bolt on in your MyO2 and you will paying a monthly price for it. Some tariffs also came with a free screen replacement, but again, it will be a bolt on. If you do have O2 insurance, you should contact customer service to process the claim, if not, I would recommend going to Apple directly.

Generally speaking you have to pay a specific policy for mobile insurance or it is included within another policy of some sort, so you'd know if you were paying for it.
