Can anyone help, when I face time my video switches off so I can just speak over the phone. When I try to make a WhatsApp video call it just ends without even ringing ? And my camera keeps freezing ? On Snapchat and photo ( only front camera )
it’s really frustrating any help would be appreciated?

Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract) OR 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)

You need to check with customer service that idata is provisioned on your account
