Solved: Iphone 7 Voicemail issues

Has anyone ever had any problems with visual voicemail on iphone?

When people call me it fails to trip to voicemail (and so just keeps ringing out). I have been on my settings for voicemail and it is all switched on, which makes me think it could be a fault with o2 rather than Apple. It's happened for about a year now!

Sometimes things aren't done properly. Not everything on the internet is true. Apple is not responsible for the network you use anyway. If it's enabled on the iphone then it's likely to be resolved quickly by using online support
