Hi hoping you can help with this one.
I bought an Apple Watch Ultra 2 (from a third party retailer not O2) and can't seem to get the mobile plan activated to link it to my O2 Pay Monthly contract. Both my iPhone 15 Pro and watch are running the latest versions of the device software. iOS 17.4.1 and Watch OS 10.4 respectively.
I followed all the steps in the device activation guide, linked the watch to my account but for 3 days the Mobile Plan in the Watch settings has been stuck at 'activating'. No specific error codes or anything like that.
Looking at community boards I'm not the only one who has had this issue and Apple Watch cellular has issues when trying to connect initially with O2 network.
Would appreciate any guidance you guys may have 🙂

Thanks. I've had a thorough look through this guide and this specific issue isn't mentioned. It has lots of error code references but my issue is not error code specific. I'm stuck at the activation point. I'm just wondering if anyone has had this particular issue fixed. Anything to avoid the tortuous route of trying to get this fixed via chat or calling up and sacrificing hours of time
