I can’t turn on mobile hotspot as the phone says I have to go to site which is www.o2.co.uk/helpmodem but it is not working I have iPhone X monthly payment (contract)can anyone help thx.

You need to call customer service on 202 and ask them to change your data bolt on to idata.
