Help for a very tired dizzy but not stupid blonde please iPhone 5 no internet available.

I have put a new micro sim in my new iphone 5 (unlocked new from Apple) and I have a working service except internet 😕 I can access the internet via Wifi but not O2 3G. I have been through all the settings and I am really stumped as what to do now. Can anyone help me so I can sleep please? (I won't for thinking about it). I did try earlier to call the 21202 O2 number and the voice message says this service is not available to your mobile. Are my problems due to the fact my iPhone isn't O2 (my O2 contract htc died on me and I had to replace the phone myself rather than upgrade but I am still on my contract) I can make calls text email does work on Wifi and fb etc on Wifi too, but no other service internet available. Help please please please 🙂 x x x

You have changed from a normal smartphone tariff to an iPhone so you need to ring O2 and ask them to change your tariff to an iPhone one.

You may have to change the APN as shown here:

I did exactly the same as you by obtaining my iPhone 5 from an Apple Store so don't worry it does work.

As said contact 02 to change your settings on your account to that of an iphone, and you can ask them at that point to send you the settings via a text message which you simply save/activate.
