I have been in Australia 6 months and due to Covid I cannot currently get home. My tariff includes roaming in Australia and I have been making and receiving calls without problem until the last couple of days. Now I cannot make calls - it just says calling but does not connect and those trying to call me just get put through to voice mail. My phone is an iPhone 7 and has been using Telstra in Australia. Any help would be much appreciated.

You are restricted to 63 days out of the Uk so you've done well to last this long.
You'll either need to return home or try and contact O2 to reactivate your account Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Skype may be the best option to call on.
