I am an O2 customer and have an iphone 4. When I text my parents in Kenya, they receive my texts in a coded language - basically illegible. My husband is with Vodaphone and his texts to them arrive in normal format. My mother has an iphone and my father doesn't, but both receive this coded language. Can anyone help me please?
Ask the recipient to check with their network and you check with 02 on 202 for contract customers or 4445 for payg customers to ensure everything is set up ok.
