I am upgrading my phone tomorrow to an iPhone 5 from a galaxy s 3. Will I get a new SIM card with it or will I have to order a new one separately?

Yes you will get a new sim as the sim for the iPhone 5 is smaller than your S 3 sim.

I would also suggest you also unlock your previous phone to all Networks if you have not already done so.

If your going to sell the phone or give it to a family member this will greaten its value and usability !
