@Number_3 I'm afraid if they're working on it already there's very little I can do, but it's great info for @DB6815 who should definitely also report it for their own account, so it can be worked on as well

I have exactly the same issue and I also have apple watch 4 celluarlar which has been ongoing since the beginning of the year. It stareted then although for the previous 5 months it was fine. Customer service arent getting anywhere.. tried new SIM.
Message left today was O2 are rolling out a big fix but it all needs to be checked as it effects a lot of callers.. If it is a common fault then why was it such a mystery to them when I called about it.. Never ever had theses sorts of issues with previous networks. Getting to the point where I just want to cancel my contract and leave.
