Hi I have an I phone 7 sim only contract if I but the cellular Apple Watch can I link it to my phone contract or do I need a separate contract for the watch I’m sorry to ask but I’m not very good at technology lol thanks x

You will need a seperate data contract for the watch which costs £5/month which will then link to the phone
