Really struggling to get help via customer services on my new Apple Watch. Showing connected to o2 but no 4g connection or bars. Can’t seem to explain the issue well enough for someone to be able to help me.

Best results come from the social media teams.

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Activate Apple Watch Guide

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Its very hit and miss on what you get from Customer Services, you need to exhaust all customer service options, so follow the advice given and reach out on Social Media, and give them a prod every so often..

But to be honest you picked the worst network for an Apple Watch....

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
