Hi

Is it turned on.
Is is the fan style icon showing in the status bar.

Try pressing the top button and home button together until the apple logo shows and let go. Your iPhone will reset.

Just to add : If your in a shop that is using BT WiFi then you cannot use your o2 to login. Its only for BT customers or people who pay the very high connection for a period charge.

What exactly is not happening, ie will the WifI show as connected but not supply any data or will it not detect any WiFi hotspots?
