While setting my new phone up it somehow didn’t set up currently and I can’t get further than the hello page in different languages. O2 have told me to speak to Apple but shouldn’t O2 been dealing with the issue because I got the phone from them ?

Pop to an o2 store and they can help you setup the phone or do a hard reset and start again
