I’ve purchased an Apple Watch ultra from O2 on Thursday (22nd) and I can see the data plan in MyO2,
but I get this error when opening the data plan settings in the watch app on my phone:
Oops, something went wrong. Try again and if the problem continues call 202 for free from your O2 mobile, quoting reference code 14
I have called Customer services twice but although friendly they could not resolve the issue, even after I said about resetting the eSim for the watch on their side. I have also been into the store again with no result

Got it sorted now, finally got someone competent on Live Chat that listened to me when I told him that it just needs an eSIM reset

Hi Shadow, what did an eSim reset result in? Did you say exactly that to them and did you need to scan a new QR code into your phone? I have same problems with my Series 8 and beyond frustrating!
