Good evening. I was upgrading my phone from iPhone XS Max to iPhone 13 pro max, after hours of problems with Face ID etc, I sorted that but the Watch was completely different. I had to delete the Watch and contents to unpair from the one to the other, when I connected it to wifi, it pared with the 13 pro but now I have no data on the Watch or the ability to reconnect it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks. 😊

You need the data plan moving from the old phone to the new one.
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Thank you! 😊 I’ll have to try and phone 02 as I have the use of my watch while the phone is in range, but after that the Watch just becomes a watch. I had an unlimited data plan but since I had to reset the Watch to factory, it’s gone! 😳
