Hi,
ive just recently purchased an Apple Watch from o2 and whilst it's set up fine I cannot seem to set up my mobile data evertytime I click the set up mobile data tab it sends me to o2 page and says Apple Watch on 02 is only available to personal pay monthly customers.
ive contacted o2 and technical support contacted me and said the fault was with apple and old device still being connected upon contacting apple they have confirmed I have NO old devices or watches connected to my account I have never had an apple watch with o2. apple have said the issue is on o2 behalf and could not help.
all my devices are up to date all have been reset restarted unpaired and paired again and nothing seems to work. Can anyone help ? O2 and Apple have been less than helpful.
This is very frustrating.
