I have a samsung galaxy y it is 5 month old on o2 p.a.y.g........ for the last 3 days my battery has been dying, i charge it at night and it says 100% charged at 7.30am i made a 30 min phone call and then sent 1 text message and my battery life went down to 58%, the only app i have is facebook but i rearley use it and that day i did not use it at all i then sent a further 7 text messages and by 12 pm the battery was down to 18%, help!!!!
Last night i put the phone on charge again, when it was fully charged i went into my settings and looked at battery use and it said 1hr 30 mins, Don't know if this helps

Samsung batteries only have a 6 month warranty if you suspect it is faulty contact samsung before the 6 months has passed http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/warranty/warrantyInformation.do

today it says voice calls 41% cell standby 30% phone idle 24% display 7% and (3 hrs 54 mins on battery)
i have only made 1 30 min call today
