Solved: Scroll on S4 is SOOO slow :-(

I have had my s4 for 2 weeks and during that time it updated itself so I had to do so system reset thing.

Did that, fine. Now the scroll has started going reeeeeally slow and the keyboard is quite iffy too 😞

What is going on?? The s3 was epic. This is a total pile of **bleep** 😞
