As the subject says - I obtained the code via the my O2 site, but the phone just won't accept it. Any ideas?

In that case you will need to contact o2 customer services on 0344 809 0202 or 202 from another o2 phone, and they should be able to help

@Martin-O2 or @TheresaV will need to help you get a master reset code as your phone is hard locked.
