Signal Problem

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 and live in the e11 postcode area i've been getting a signal loss problem were as if I put it in gsm mode or 2g it gets 3 bars out of 4 or 4 out of 4 but when I put it gym and wcdma meaning 2g and 3g mode it's looses strength and gets no signal or 1 bar out of 4 i've changed phones still same problem tried new sim still same problem I really don't know what 2 do..

Contacted o2 they said will take 5 days 2 sort out and see what's wrong but im really confused..

Did you ask them what they are sorting out that would take 5 days ?

They said that opened up a case and I have 2 wait for the technical team 2 give me a call ..

Let us know how you get on.

 

In the meantime if you have home wifi think about tugo {for pay monthly customers}, viber or whatsapp perhaps.

Appreciate how frustrating situation like these can be.

 

Crazy

 

I had intermittent signal for over 2 weeks while my local masts were sorted out last year.

 

Thankfully all good now with 4G.

Yeah....They told me on the phone that 8 of my local area masts got updated and the nearest one is 1km away from me...I said I'm a 7 year o2 customer lol I don't wana end up leaving cus I really like there customer service ...

Only down side is the signal problem that's proper getting on my nerves that I had to use 2 other three network
