Is screen burn covered by warranty?
Just tried to upgrade my phone and I was told I have screen burn.
Phone is only 18 months old.

Yes it should be as long as it's not caused by user neglect.
We would suggest you go to Samsung to get it looked at though rather than o2's repairers.
