Hi,
Last November (2012) I entered a year long contract with 02 for a samsung galaxy wonder or Samsung gt-i89150. For the past few weeks my battery has not been holding charge for more than 20 minutes so I took it into the store with the assumption that they would replace the battery or fix whatever problem I had. However, even though I pay an extra £6 a month for insurance O2 have said, without any evidence, that it is my fault the battery isn't working. The reasons they state are as follows;
and I will therefore have to pay £45 for them just to install a new battery.
I wanted to know if anyone else has experienced the same issue, either with the same phone or any other contract.
Thanks.
Vicky.

Vickynes. I recently looked on Ebay re batteries for all Samsung phones. Their prices range from £5-£10 brand new (which is a great difference to the £45 you were quoted from O2!)
