Samsung galaxy ace..loss of ringtones

Hi Guys, wondering if any of you good people can help me here. My ace has lost all my selected ringtone choices for calls from family n friends, and has defaulted onto factory settings, have tried allsorts to rectify the situation but cant resolve it. Its driving me radio rental:-(

Any suggestions folks?

If you've backed up your preferences to Kies you could do a restore otherwise you'll have to go through and set them up again... 😞
