Phone Repair

Recently sent my phone to repair, about two days later i recieved a text saying they were waiting for parts if they dont arrive in five days a new phone would be sent, its been six days and ive heard nothing from then, used the track repair option on the o2 website, and its saying repair not found ( entered details correct and tried atleast 4 times) does this mean its fixed? should i of heard something by now? any ideas? will be going to my local shop A.S.A.P but i thought id post on here for any advice, thanks

We had problems last week with this tracking service . It appears it isnt fixed ...I will tag one of our admin staff to see if they can help @Marjo @Martin-O2 @MercedesS

Apparently it was reported on the 6th. Obviously not been fixed yet....:smileysad:

Yes already told the op that.....It's just so annoying that the system is still failing to work properly.!!

Not generally speaking but I guess they are struggling to get the parts to repair it.
Only they can tell you that though.
